Irving Mondschein

After playing football and running track at NYU, Mondschein competed at the 1948 Olympics, finishing eighth in the decathlon. Mondschein was an All-East end while at NYU and played with a College All-Star team against the New York Giants. He is a member of the Philadelphia Jewish Sports Hall of Fame, the Jewish Sports Hall of Fame (in Commack, New York), and the NYU Athletic Hall of Fame.
