Olympic Info:
Frank was a member of the United States' track and field team at the 1904 St. Louis Olympics and competed in the long jump (then called the broad jump). During the competition, Frank (a member of the New West Side Athletic Club in New York City) won the silver medal with a leap of 22' 7 3/4". He finished second to fellow American, Myer Prinstein, who set the Olympic record with a jump of 24'1" (for Prinstein, the victory was especially important because he had lost to Frank a few weeks before the Olympics).

Career Highlights:
In 1904, prior to the Olympics, Frank defeated Prinstein in the long jump at the New York AAU Championships with a personal best jump of 23'11-1/2".
