At the 1968 Mexico City Olympics, Druker was a member of the Israeli soccer team that reached the quarterfinals and finished fifth. A forward, he started 2 of the 3 preliminary games for Israel, a 3-1 win over El Salvador, and a 2-0 loss to Hungary (Israeli also defeated Ghana, 5-3). The Israeli team finished in second place in their group, and they advanced to the quarterfinals; Druker started and player the entire game as Israel tied Bulgaria, 1-1. To determine which team advanced to the semifinals, there was a coin toss, which the Bulgarians won. Bulgaria eventually won the silver medal while Israel had to settle with a fifth place finish.
