Szollas and partner, Emilie Rotter competed in two Winter Olympiads for Hungary in the pairs event. At both the 1932 and 1936 Olympics, they won the bronze medal.

Career Highlights:
Szollas and Rotter won the gold medal in the pairs competition at the World Championships in 1931, 1933, 1934, and 1935, and the silver medal in 1932. Szollas then became a sports doctor in Europe. Both Szollas and Rotter are members of the International Jewish Sports Hall of Fame.
