Edward Mensor

A switch-hitting outfielder, Midget (he was 5'6") played for the Pittsburgh Pirates from 1912-1914. Although he wasn't a remarkable hitter, he did have one memorable at-bat. On May 16, 1913, he drew a walk against the New York Giants in the third inning, ending Christy Mathewson's string of walkless innings at a stunning 47. Ironically, Ed drew only eight walks all season.
