Albert M. Stark

Stark coached freshman basketball at Dartmouth 1925-28, then was head coach from 1929-36, returning for the 1945-46 season. He compiled a sterling record of 102-59. He achieved greater fame, though, as a legendary Major League Baseball umpire (see our Baseball section).and later became a successful designer of women's dresses!
