Samuel S. Fox

Fox coached teams in India, Singapore, Malaya, and Yugoslavia on behalf of the U.S. State Department. He also refereed many international tournaments, including the 1955 Pan American Games and the 1961 Maccabiah Games.

Career Highlights:
Fox, an excellent all-around athlete who played in the NFL (National Football League) in 1945, was a terrific basketball player at Ohio State in the early 1940s. During the three seasons he played for the Buckeyes, starting in 1940, they compiled records of 13-7, 10-10, and 6-14 respectively.
