Fine was an English lightweight in the 1930s who proudly displayed a Magen David on his boxing trunks.

Career Highlights:
Born in London, Fine began his professional boxing career in the early 1930s. According to the 1936 Everlast Boxing Record, Fine won 89 bouts (42 knockouts) and lost only five with eight draws between 1931-34. In December 1936, he fought former world junior lightweight champion Benny Bass and lost a ten-round decision. The following January, Fine fought former featherweight champion Freddie Miller and was knocked out in the fifth-round.
