Goldsmith, Benjamin

Goldsmith was named All-Southern while playing college ball at Tulane University. One of his teammate's was Milton Levy, a two-time All-Southern selection.

Career Highlights:
In 1923, Tulane compiled a 3-3-1 mark before winning its last three games by a combined score of 58-8. Those three wins at the end of the 1923 season kicked off a school record eight-game winning streak.

In 1924, Tulane finished the year with a record of 8-1-0, a new school record for wins in a season. Only a 14-6 loss to Mississippi State blemished the season.
