Albert J. Lindauer

Lindauer was ranked No. 7 in doubles in the U.S. in 1916. That year, while at the University of Chicago, he also won both the singles and doubles championships in the Big Ten Tournament. Albert was previously one of the best high school players in Illinois. In 1913, as a student at Englewood High School, he finished second in the state in both the singles and doubles competitions.
