Manziola was a member of Israel's swimming team at the 2000 Sydney Olympics, competing in the 4x100 meter freestyle relay. Israel set a national record in its preliminary heat (3:22.06), but did not advance to the finals and placed 14th overall.

Career Highlights:
One of Israel's top swimmers since the mid-1990s, Manziola finished sixth in the 100-meter butterfly (57.14) at the 1996 European Youth Championships. He was a member of the 4x100-meter freestyle that placed eighth at the 2000 European Championships. At the 2000 Israel Short Course Championships, he won gold medals in the 50-meter freestyle (22.85), 50-meter butterfly (24.70), and 100-meter individual medley (57.12)
