Career Highlights:
In 1980, Ratzer made his major league debut with the Expos. In his one career start, Steve lasted only 4 innings after giving up 9 hits and 5 runs. The following year, he appeared in 12 games as a reliever with much better results. Still, his 6.23 ERA and 1-1 record caused the Expos to trade him to the New York Mets in 1982. Steve never played in the majors after the trade.
