Career Highlights:
A center, Heskowitz played for CCNY during the first years of the school's basketball program. After a 8-3 season in 1908-09 (they outscored their opponents 335-222), the Beavers went 6-4 the following year. Includng in their victories was a famous win over Yale by a score of 32-16 - Heskowitz scored four points in the contest. Later in the season, City defeated another Ivy League team, Pennsylvania by a score of 37-16 (Heskowitz scored six points). In 1911, Heskowitz captained the CCNY team and was named All-East honorable mention while leading the team to a 7-2 record.
