Career Highlights:
A former amateur British heavyweight champion, Ajose turned professional in 1996 and won his first fight in a 2nd-round knockout. Israel then won 10 of his next 11 fights, including knockouts of former Irish national champs Ray Kane and Paul Douglas. Ajose did not win afer December 1998, however; and in February 2000, Ajose was knocked out in the 5th round by Alex Vasilev in Manchester, England. Ajose, who is no longer active in the ring, won 11 of 15 career fights.
