Nathaniel Weinstock

Weinstock played tackle at Western Maryland College in the 1920s. In October 1935, the Washington Post named Weinstock to its first team All-Western Maryland and was described as having "jumped...to stardom" in the Holy Cross game as a junior in 1926.

b. March 22, 1905 - d. June 3, 1990

Career Highlights:
Weinstock played on the East team in the 1928 East-West Shrine Game. In the game, which was won by the West, 16-6, Weinstock was ejected for hitting a Texas A&M; player in the face (the reason is unknown). Following his graduation, Weinstock's departure was lamented as the Post stated he will "be missed...smashing tackle play had brought him widespread recognition for two years."
