Milton G. Abramson

Abramson, who played football at the University of Virginia in the early 1930s, was also a member of the track team. The Lou Onesty/Milton Abramson Invitational (track and field) is run annually at the University of Virginia.

Career Highlights:
A two-sport star at the Devitt Prep School outside of Washington, D.C. (football and track), Abramson played quarterback and captained the track team, as well as serving as vice president of the school's Monogram Club (a club for all letterwinners). He then attended the University of Virginia and played two seasons on the varsity. In 1932, the Cavaliers had a record of 5-4-0; the next season, they finished 2-6-2.
