Career Highlights:
A lineman at Columbia, Adler was named New York Times All-America honorable mention in 1926 as the Lions had a record of 6-3-0. After finishing the 1927 season with a record of 5-2-2, Adler was selected to captain Columbia's 1928 football team. That year, he was named Associated Press All-East honorable mention as the Lions finished the season with a record of 5-3-1.
