Linhart, Tamir

Linhart was an All-America at George Mason University and played professionally in Israel. He currently runs a soccer training camp and is a member of the Washington D.C. Jewish Sports Hall of Fame.

Career Highlights:
Born in Tel Aviv, Linhart played high school soccer in Israel before playing college soccer at George Mason University in the United States. A three-year varsity member, he was the team's top scorer each season; and in 1992, he led the nation in scoring as a junior. While at George Mason, Linhart was named All America, All South Atlantic, All-CAA (Colonial Athletic Association), CAA Player of the Year, Virginia Player of the Year and Soccer America MVP. He scored 49 goals and added 16 assists while at George Mason. After his college career, Linhart returned to Israel and played for Hapoel Tel Aviv for a number of years.
