Levi was one of two male gymnasts to compete for Israel at the 1984 Los Angeles Games (the other was Yohanan Moyal), and finished 71st in the individual all-around competition (106.15 points). He also placed 65th in the rings, 68th in the vault (tied with Moyal), 70th in the floor and the horizontal bar, and 71st in the horse and parallel bars.

Career Highlights:
In the 1980s and early 1990s, Levi was one of Israel's top male gymnasts, winning the National individual all-around competition from 1985-1988 (he was succeeded by Ron Kaplan, who won the title from 1989-1992). During Levi's career, he participated in four World Championships between 1983-1991. In 1983, helping the Israeli team finish 25th overall while he placed 94th in the individual all-around.

Four years later, Levi returned to the team (23rd) and individual (106th) events at the Championships; he competed solely in the team event in 1989 and 1993, helping Israel finish in 22nd place both years (their best finish ever). In 1990, Levi was also a member of the Israeli team at the European Championships finishing 53rd (50.050 points) in the individual all-around.
