Tzadok was the Israeli national record holder in the 3,000-meter steeplechase, and competed at the 1984 Los Angeles Games. In his heat, he finished ninth with a time of 8:42.28 and did not advance to the finals.

Career Highlights:
One of the best Israeli distance runners of the 1980s, Tzadok is still ranked among the all-time national leaders in many events. As of 2001, he had the seventh fastest time in the 3,000-meter run (8:09.0), ninth in the 5,000-meter (14:07.85), and still held the Israeli record in the 3,000-meter steeplechase (8:35.41).
