Drizin, Herman "Chuck"

Drizin was a two-year starter at Villanova University in the early 1940s. He left school following the 1942-43 season and joined the U.S. Army to fight in World War II. A second Lieutenant, Drizin was killed at Iwo Jima.

Career Highlights:
Drizin played during the 1941-42 and 1942-43 seasons, and helped the Villanova Wildcats garner a record of 32-11 during that span. In 2001, he was inducted into the Pennsylvania Sports Hall of Fame (Delaware County Chapter).
