Career Highlights:
A lightweight, Weis began his professional career in the early 1930s. In August 1932, he defeated Jack Ray in a four-round decision in Coney Island. A decade later, he fought Buster Baker twice. In January 1942, they two boxers fought to an eight-round draw in Palm Beach (Florida). Three months later, Weis lost an eight-round decision to Baker. In May 1942, Weis fought Hall of Famer Billy Graham (nicknamed the "Uncrowned Champion") and lost a four-round decision.
