The starting strong tackle during the 2004 season at the University of Washington, Meadow is a 6'6", 300 pound junior. The Huskies finished the season with a record of 1-10 (0-8 in conference).

Career Highlights:
Born in New York, Meadow played high school football in California at De La Salle High School. Redshirted as a freshman in 2001, he played on the scout team and earned Scout of the Year honors. The following season, he played in six games on the offensive line, starting two, and was named to The Sporting News' freshman All-Pac-10 team and also earned the school's Most Outstanding Freshman Award. That year, Washington finished the regular season with a record of 8-3 and then lost to Texas in the Holiday Bowl. In 2003, Meadow played in only two games before suffering a knee injury which ended his season.
