Grace was a lightweight from Philadelphia in the 1920s and 1930s. During his career, he fought three world champions; Joe Dundee, Jackie Fields, and Young Corbett.

Career Highlights:
Born in Philadelphia, Grace began his professional boxing career in the mid-1920s. In 1926 and 1927, he fought a number of bouts in the midwest, specifically in Chicago and Indianapolis (Indiana). In December 1927, Grace fought world welterweight champion Joe Dundee to a ten-round no decision.

After the bout, Meyer continued his tour and fought in Iowa, Nebraska, Missouri,, Michigan, Ohio, Kentucky, South Dakota, and Pennsylvania over the next two years. In May 1929, he then traveled to Australia and fought at least two bouts, knocking out Jack Carroll in the 11th-round and defeating Ted Monson in a 15-round decision.

Upon his return to the United States in 1930, Grace continued to tour and fight. Over the next two years, he boxed in Ohio, New Jersey, Missouri, and California. He also fought two champions during this time, losing a third-round knockout to welterweight champ Jackie Fields in April 1930 and losing a ten-round decision to future world welterweight champion Young Corbett III in June 1931.

Grace continued to fight throughout the 1930s, but never against the caliber of fighters such as Fields and Corbett. He fought primarily in California in 1933, but also had bouts in Illinois and Washington in the mid-1930s. His career ended in the late 1930s.
